About the Advisor

Vladimir Zhumakhanov brings a real-estate and investment perspective shaped by experience across development, property analysis, and cross-border transactions. He previously worked at Catella IM Benelux, where he supported acquisitions across the region, contributing throughout the transaction cycle - from pipeline screening and initial analysis to financial modelling, investment committee materials, and due diligence coordination with external advisors.

His background combines location analysis, financial modelling, and a broader review of property opportunities from both commercial and investment angles. This analytical approach is matched by a strong client focus: helping buyers and investors navigate options more clearly, assess opportunities more carefully, and move toward decisions with greater confidence.
